Components
The AcrylCut machine consists of various components that together form a state-of-the-art and powerful cutting system. The following describes the main components and functions of the machine.
Tool Heads
The tool heads form the heart of the cutting machine and operate with state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology. The machine can be equipped with one to four cutting heads depending on requirements, making it flexibly adaptable to different production needs.

Each cutting head can be precisely adjusted via the control system, allowing individual adjustment of both the speed for cross and longitudinal cuts as well as the head pressure. This adaptability ensures optimal cutting results for various materials and applications.
Material Feed Unit
The material feed unit ensures smooth and precise material transport throughout the entire machine. It operates on a roll-to-roll principle and features a sophisticated sensor system for continuous edge detection. The finely adjustable control of length correction, feed roller factor, and acceleration ensures exact positioning of the material. This is particularly important for the dimensional accuracy of the cuts and prevents material distortion during the cutting process.
Winder
Located in the front area of the machine, the winder ensures proper winding of the cut strips. It is equipped with two strategically placed push buttons that allow the operator to quickly react to various situations. This is particularly important when dealing with fabric defects or when reaching roll ends. The winder operates precisely and gently on the material to ensure the quality of the cut strips until the end of the process.

Material Inspection
The material inspection is an essential quality assurance element positioned between the cutting area and the winder. It allows the operator to thoroughly inspect the material directly during the production process. The inspection area can be opened and closed via the user interface as needed, enabling quick inspection and intervention when material defects are detected. This component significantly contributes to quality assurance during the ongoing process.

Loading Systems
The machine offers two fundamentally different loading systems that adapt to different production requirements. The advanced RLS (Rack Loading System) enables automated material feeding and is available in both Flex and Pro versions. For smaller production environments or special applications, a manual loading system operated via a front drawer is alternatively available. This flexibility in loading makes the machine suitable for various operation sizes and production requirements.
Control Elements
The machine is operated through a well-designed interface system. Central to this is the external monitor with its intuitive touchscreen interface, through which all operating states can be monitored and parameters controlled. A powerful barcode scanner capable of processing both 1D and 2D codes enables quick and error-free order capture. Safety is ensured by a centrally mounted emergency stop switch that triggers an immediate machine stop in case of emergency. The innovative Pick and Place by Light LED technology additionally supports the operator with intuitive visual guidance for positioning and controlling cuts.
