Maintenance Mode

WARNING

Manual mode is a sensitive operating state that should only be used by qualified personnel, as improper operation can lead to machine damage.

Access Authorization

Manual mode is exclusively available to authorized users with appropriate access permissions. If you do not have the required permissions, please contact your supervisor or system administrator.

Activation

The Switch to manual mode button is located in the lower section of the submenus for material feed, measuring unit, and other module components.

Upon activation, a warning appears that explicitly points out possible machine damage from improper operation. This mode is specifically designed for mechanical adjustments and error diagnosis - not for software configurations. It allows, for example, the verification of valve operations and other mechanical components. Activation requires a two-step confirmation by clicking specific safety symbols to prevent accidental activation.

Functions

In manual mode, qualified operators have extensive control over machine functions. Individual actuators can be directly controlled and various action groups can be managed. This mode is particularly important for maintenance work on sonotrodes and enables precise manual adjustment of various machine parameters.

Exit

Exiting manual mode follows a systematic process. First, you must switch to one of the available cutting modes. In the maintenance mode dialog that appears, the Reset button must be pressed. The machine then automatically performs a calibration and returns to normal operating state. This orderly transition ensures that all systems are correctly initialized and the machine safely returns to normal operation.
