Status Information

The AcrylCut machine features a comprehensive status module that provides a detailed overview of all relevant machine states. This module enables the operator to monitor the current operating state of the machine and quickly respond to malfunctions when necessary. The status information is divided into different categories and provides a clear and organized presentation of all relevant data.

Module States

The status module provides a comprehensive overview of all machine states and serves for quick diagnosis of malfunctions.

Main Overview

The main overview displays a complete list of all modules integrated in the machine and their current operating states. This central view enables service technicians in particular to quickly identify and diagnose occurring malfunctions. The clear presentation of all relevant information at a glance makes the status module an essential tool for error analysis.

System Reset

The machine offers two basic options for restarting the system.

PLC Restart

The PLC restart corresponds to a complete restart of the machine. After this process, a new initialization is required, and the control voltage must be manually reactivated.

Reinitialization

During reinitialization, the system restarts without interrupting the control voltage. The machine performs a soft reset and returns to normal operating state. However, a new initialization is required and is performed automatically.

INFO

During active processes, this option is not available to prevent disruptions in the operating sequence.
