Order Calculation Option
This mode enables automated processing of orders with two input options:
- PAC2000 interface for fully automatic data transfer
- Barcode input for direct length and height transfer
INFO
The order list mode and the calculation mode for awnings are identical in their basic process. The only significant difference lies in the method of data input - automated via the PAC2000 interface or manually by the operator.
Process Flow
The order list mode begins with capturing the order data. The operator either scans an order number or enters the required dimensions directly via barcode. After successful data entry, the system automatically displays the calculated awning configuration in the lower part of the screen. If a specific fabric pattern is stored for the order, it is also automatically displayed to ensure correct material selection. The same applies to order numbers and stored fabric characteristics.
INFO
In case of deviations or invalid barcode formats, an error message is immediately displayed, alerting the operator to necessary corrections.

The machine offers full flexibility in cut optimization in this mode as well. As in manual calculation mode, the operator can switch between different calculation strategies at any time, such as from narrow to wide side panels. This allows optimal adaptation to specific customer requirements or material conditions, even when the order is already in process.
The actual cutting process runs analogously to the calculation mode. The machine typically starts with the full panels and then progresses to the partial panels on the sides. Here too, the sequence can be adjusted at any time by simply clicking on the desired panel. After each successful panel cut, the system automatically updates the order status. A particular advantage of the order list mode lies in automatic completion notification. Once all panels of an order are cut, the system automatically marks the order as completed. This ensures complete documentation and enables precise tracking of production processes. When using the PAC2000 interface, these status messages are transferred directly to the higher-level system.
Data Feedback
Data feedback in order list mode occurs continuously throughout the entire cutting process and is processed in PAC2000 format. After each individual panel cut, the system automatically updates the consumption values. This real-time update includes the exact cutting lengths, material consumption, and timestamps of individual cuts.
Once all panels of an order are completely cut, the system generates a final feedback. This marks the originally scanned order as complete and includes comprehensive documentation with:
- Final side panel widths
- Detailed cutting data for all panels
- Timestamp of the entire order
- Assignment to the executing user
- Total material consumption
- Production time
Data transmission occurs continuously in the standardized PAC2000 format, ensuring seamless integration into higher-level production systems. This continuous updating and final status message ensures complete documentation of the production process.

Detailed information about the PAC2000 format and specific data fields can be found in the separate PAC2000 interface document. The document can be requested if needed.
