File Import

To import an order, navigate to the operating screen and select Import File. A Windows file dialog appears, allowing you to select an order file. If multiple selection is enabled, several files can be selected simultaneously.

After clicking Open, the selected files are loaded into the software. A successful import is confirmed by a message in the snackbar. If any import errors occur, the error message is also communicated via the snackbar. Order parameters that are not covered by the import process are automatically filled with the default parameters. The program processes Excel files exclusively. Other file formats are not compatible. You can upload Excel documents both with and without headers, and choose a custom column layout. A crucial point is that a cell must contain exactly one value, and formulas are not fully supported. The configuration allows you to change the order of columns as needed. In the absence of necessary fields, the system falls back to preset default values.
